Barbara is a artist who divides her time between New Hampshire and Maine.

She works in watercolor and egg tempera and creates realistic paintings of rural New England scenes.

Graduating from Anna Maria College in Paxton in 1975, she received her degree in art and advertising. She started her career as a graphic designer, winning numerous awards for advertising designs and concepts. Her first love has always been painting and she incorporates much of her professional design, photography set up and color theory into her paintings.

Barbara is a signature member of the New England Watercolor Society and other New England wand regional art clubs. Her award winning paintings have been highlighted in many juried shows and can be found hanging in private and corporate collections.
